In Sangho Pretre Ville at Gwangyang City, located nearby the Free Economic Zone and the STC-Korea campus, a housing complex is available, which offers different types of apartments, suitable as dormitories.

The owner makes an apartment available for a period of one year after receipt of a deposit which STC-Korea will arrange for. This deposit is refundable on termination of the contract. Monthly expenses include interest on the deposit (bank loan) and a compensation for energy, cleaning and maintenance.

Normally housing is very expensive for foreign participants. The financial structure that STC-Korea has agreed with the financial institute and the rental company makes it very attractive for participants from the Northern part of Korea, China, Japan and South-East Asia to study and have a dormitory at STC-Korea in Gwangyang.
