Become successful in a management position in the maritime industry
General objective of the Master Shipping and Transport is to ensure that after 
graduation course participants successfully can fulfil management positions in the shipping and transport industry.
After graduation, participants are equipped to solve complicated management problems, having gained required knowledge and competences such as:
- Integrated multi disciplinary professional knowledge on shipping and transport at highest academic level and skills to apply this knowledge on tactical and strategic level in the shipping and transport industry;
- Awareness of social responsibilities in shipping and transport, related to labour conditions, safety, security and protection of the environment;
- Leadership, persuasiveness; social skills, e.g. cooperation, communication, negotiation;
- Express an analytic attitude, creativeness and research capabilities.
