lecturing staff
The staff used for STC-Korea is carefully selected. The quality and quantity requirements for the staff are well defined to obtain the best balance between staff composition and quality. The staff composition is also based upon the didactical, practical and academic program of the Masters.
The list of STC-Korea lecturers is based on the following criteria:
- They are teaching for STC-Korea based on the fact that they are still working in the industry or bringing previous working experience. The course they are teaching is based on their professional competencies and experience record in the industry;
- The visiting lecturers are selected on their professional experience record and competences in the industry and are used for those courses mostly fitting their professional profile;
- The lecturers develop almost all their own teaching material based on their professional working experience and taking into account the didactical requirements on a Master level;
- Lecturers have access to a wide variety of recent and practical study material.
STC-Korea is aware of the importance of high qualified lecturers. In order to safeguard and improve the quality of employees to obtain and maintain high quality of the education, the STC-Group implemented the Investors in People (I.i.P.) Certificate.
